Lisa Rothgery, MD
OWNER
Dr. Lisa is a board certified family medicine physician. She is originally from upstate NY and completed her Bachelor of Science in biotechnology at Rochester Institute of Technology. She earned her medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. After graduation, she moved across the country to train at the University of Colorado/HealthONE Rose Family Medicine residency program, where she acted as chief resident in her final year. She has been practicing family medicine in the Denver metro area for 16 years.
Dr. Lisa is passionate about providing high value healthcare in a comfortable, caring environment. She lives in Platt Park with her husband and 2 children. Outside of the office, she enjoys travel, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Eizabeth (Liz) Sweeney, AGNP-PC
Elizabeth (Liz) Sweeney is a certified Nurse Practitioner with a diverse educational background and a passion for healthcare. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, she obtained a Bachelors in Nursing from Belmont University and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Her pursuit of advanced degrees led her to complete her Masters of Nursing from the CU program at Anschutz after relocating to Colorado in 2017. Currently residing near Conifer with her husband and son, Liz embodies the Colorado lifestyle, finding joy in hiking and the outdoors. Beyond her professional life, she treasures moments with family and friends and has a broad culinary appreciation, relishing in the enjoyment of diverse foods.

Jordan Costlow, FNP_C
Jordan Costlow is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in East Texas. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. From there, she began a career in Labor and Delivery and OB Triage where she has provided care for over 6 years. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a certificate to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2015, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has practiced as a nurse practitioner for over 5 years and has a heart for healthcare.She has been married to her wonderful husband, Zach, for 11 years and they have a beautiful daughter, Emma, and a late daughter, Hannah.Jordan enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking, skiing, cooking, serving in her church, scuba diving, and walks with her dog Elsa. She feels that events in her life have contributed to her strong passion and love for the healthcare field. She loves living in Colorado and is incredibly excited to be joining such a wonderful team!

Lisa Arbuckle is a certified Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Portland State University, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Denver School of Nursing, and a Master's degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She takes a patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing evidence-based practices while ensuring that patients feel informed and empowered in managing their health. With a strong emphasis on education, Lisa helps patients understand their symptoms and treatment options, allowing them to make confident decisions about their care. Recognizing that each individual is unique, she creates personalized care plans tailored to their specific needs and lifestyles.
Outside the clinic, Lisa enjoys traveling, photography, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family. Her diverse interests bring a well-rounded perspective to patient care, fostering a compassionate and understanding approach in every interaction.

Sarah Vidaurri, FNP
Sarah Vidaurri is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that honors the unique needs, values and identities of every individual. She believes strong relationships are the foundation of good healthcare and takes time to truly listen, ensuring her patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their health decisions.
Sarah is passionate about partnering with patients to create realistic, personalized treatment plans that support their goals and lifestyles. She values diversity and welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. Whether managing chronic illness, navigating mental health concerns, or focusing on wellness and prevention, Sarah is known for her empathetic presence and her ability to help patients feel better not just physically, but also about themselves and the direction their health is taking.
She has a strong interest in wellness and preventive health. She also recognizes that every patient’s journey is different and meets people where they are, without pressure or judgment.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Geneseo, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado College of Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) from Northern Kentucky University.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys camping, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Lyndasy Bowman-Office Manager
Lyndsay Bowman brings over a decade of experience as a Medical Assistant, having embarked on her healthcare journey in 2007 after completing her education at Concord Career College. In addition to her professional certification, Lyndsay holds an Associates in Science, highlighting her dedication to a well-rounded understanding of her field. Since 2011, she has been an integral part of Dr. Lisa Rothgery's team, showcasing a longstanding commitment to collaborative patient care. As a Colorado native, Lyndsay has a deep connection to her community and shares her life with her son. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lyndsay is an avid explorer, always eager to try new things and travel. Her deep appreciation for relationships is evident in her love for spending time with friends and family. Most importantly, Lyndsay is devoted to creating cherished memories with her son, embodying a holistic approach to both her personal and professional life.

Briana Williams-Lead Medical Assistant
Briana is a dedicated medical assistant with nearly a decade of experience in the field. A Colorado native, she completed her professional training at the PIMA Medical Institute located in Denver. Briana is a devoted mother to four sons and finds joy in balancing her professional responsibilities with her family life. In her leisure time, Briana has a keen interest in technology and enjoys staying updated with the latest advancements. Her love for exploration drives her to continually seek out new and exciting activities across Colorado, adding depth and variety to her life. Briana is deeply committed to her role as a medical assistant. She takes great pride in providing exceptional care and support to her patients, ensuring that their experiences are comfortable and well-managed. Her dedication to her work and her ability to connect with patients on a personal level make her a valued member of our healthcare team.

Christine Lanham, LPC
Christine works part-time as an individual therapist with Pearl Family Therapy. There, she enjoys the privilege of working one-on-one with clients, building strong therapeutic relationships, and helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through intentional, strengths-based care.
Christine’s work is grounded in evidence-based practices like DBT and CBT, and her passion for mental health shines through in both group and individual settings. She believes in tailoring support to meet each person where they are, fostering resilience, and helping clients and families access the tools they need to thrive.
After graduating from Colorado State University, Christine received her Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Her formal training and real-world experience inform a balanced, human-centered approach to care.
Outside of her clinical work, Christine finds joy in live music, collecting Crayola crayons, and spending meaningful time with her family.

Lila Rhodes-Licensed Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist
Lila is originally from the Pacific Northwest and received her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College in Massachusetts. After attending college, Lila studied education and spent a decade teaching middle school in New York City. After having a family of her own, she decided to pursue a master's in social work from the University of Denver and continued her clinical studies in marriage and family therapy with Denver Family Institute. Lila approaches her therapeutic from an attachment lens and enjoys working with couples and individuals. Outside of her practice, Lila spends time traveling, hiking, and creating cool things with her family and friends.

Grace Cooper-Social Worker
Grace is originally from Washington and received her bachelor's degree in psychology and Spanish from Eastern Washington University, along with a graduate certificate in Social Emotional Learning for Educational Equity from EWU. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, and has worked in clinical social work and case management throughout her career. Grace is bilingual in English and Spanish and takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy. In her free time she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Suzanne Meli-MSW
Suzanne’s practice focuses on supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, post-traumatic stress and/or the unique challenges of parenting. Suzanne is trained inEMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a highly effective, evidence-based therapeutic treatment for recovery from traumatic events.
Suzanne utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples in order to strengthen loving connections between the partners and communicate more effectively. With her casual, friendly style and non-judgemental presence, patients find working with Suzanne to be comforting and reaffirming.
Suzanne is originally from Illinois, but has also lived in Arizona, Germany and California before settling in Colorado in 2007. Suzanne earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and her Master’s in Counseling from Regis University. Suzanne has been married for 20 years to her high school sweetheart, Leo. Together they have two teenage children and a 7yo lab/heeler mix named Dakota. Suzanne enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, traveling and playing card games with family and friends.

Yuri Shane, MSW
Yuri is a psychotherapist who helps clients build self-awareness, reduce reactivity, and create meaningful change. She works with individuals and families, drawing from relational and attachment theories to explore how past patterns affect the present.
Yuri has special training in perinatal mental health, life transitions, identity development, anxiety, and trauma, including post-traumatic growth. She values integrating all aspects of a client’s identity—race, class, faith, ability, gender, and sexuality—into the therapeutic process.
Born in Myanmar, Yuri has lived in Thailand, the UK, the East Coast, and California. She co-founded a nonprofit for first-generation college students and partnered with CU-Boulder to design a social-emotional learning program. She also co-authored a published article on therapy practices for queer communities.
Outside of work, Yuri enjoys time with her family and dog, making art, swimming, live music, reading, and hosting gatherings.
